Will here's what they get every day: 50% Sunflower, nuts & Dried fruit mix 50% Cut up Fresh fruit Some days I gave them some peanut butter as well. But Just very little. They also get a vitamin supplement in there water and every 3 days I give the some oil supplements on the seeds. Well thats my bit. Please shear yours.
